Sažetak
Teoriju organizacije XX veka karakteriše izrazita fragmentiranost i kompleksnost. Do sada je bilo više pokušaja, ali ne i opšteprihvaćenih načina, da se sve teorije klasifikuju u odgovarajuću tipologiju koja bi olakšala naše razumevanje fenomena organizacija. U ovom radu su analizirane klasifikacije koje su stekle veliku popularnost u akademskoj javnosti i učinjen je pokušaj kreiranja integralnog okvira za sistematizaciju teorije organizacije XX veka.
