Sažetak
Cilj rada je analiza zdravstvenog stanja školske dece i omladine Šumadijskog okruga radi identifikacije prioritetnih zdravstvenih problema. Kao izvor podataka korišćeni su Izveštaji o oboljenjima, stanjima i povredama službi za zdravstvenu zaštitu školske dece domova zdravlja Šumadijskog okruga, za period 1999-2008. godina. U populaciji školske dece i omladine Šumadijskog okruga stopa obolevanja raste u posmatranom periodu od 2832 na 1000 dece uzrasta 7 do 19 godina u 1999. godini, do 3.048 na 1000 dece 7 do 19 godina u 2008. godini. U strukturi morbiditeta dominiraju bolesti sistema za disanje sa zastupljenošću 52,6% u 2008. godini. U Šumadijskom okrugu, u 1999. godini, stopa mortaliteta školske dece uzrasta od 7 do 14 godina iznosila je 12,7 na 100 000, dok je u 2008. godini bila značajno manja 4,2 na 100 000. Stopa mortaliteta adolescenata uzrasta od 15 do 19 godina takođe pokazuje trend pada sa 82,4 na 100 000 u 1999. godini, na 33 na 100 000 u 2008. godini.
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to analyse the health state of the school children and young population in Shumadia district for identification of the priority health problems. The data source were the Reports of deseases, states and injuries from the primary health centers, departments for health protection of school children, in Shumadia district for the period from 1999. to 2008. In the population of the school children and young population (children of age between 7 and 19) in Shumadia district, the rate of deseases increases, for the period we observed, from 2.832/1.000 in 1999. to 3.048/1.000 in 2008. In the morbidity structure, the pulmonal deseases are dominating with 52,6% in 2008. The rate of mortality of all causes of death among the children of age between 10 and 14, significantly decreases in the period we observed, from 12,7/100.000 in 1999. to 4,2/100.000 in 2008. The rate of mortality of all causes of death among the children of age between 15 and 19, also significantly decreases in the period we observed, from 82,4/100.000 in 1999. to 33/100.000 in 2008.
