Sažetak
Razmatranje koncepata koji uobličavaju teoriju menadžmenta na početku XXI veka nije nimalo lagan istraživački poduhvat. Praksa knowledge managementa ima značajan uticaj na savremeni marketing koncept. Namera nam je da ovim radom obradimo neke bitne postavke i karakteristike koncepta "Menadžment znanja" (Knowledge Management - u daljem tekstu KM).
