Osetljivost klijanaca kukuruza na stresne uslove

Sažetak
Seme kukuruza osetljivo je na pojedine stresne uslove koji se javljaju u prirodi. Ispitivan je uticaj povećanog sadržaja soli (primena NaCl) u supstratu, odnosno uticaj suše na dužinu klijanca kukuruza (primenom PEG-a). Za osetljivost na sušu upotrebljene su 4 različite koncentracije PEG-a, dok za osetljivost na prisustvo soli u supstratu 7 koncentracija NaCl-a. Zaključuje se da suša i povećan sadržaj soli utiču na smanjenje dužine korena i dužine stabaoceta klijanca. Testovi su pokazali koje su to koncentracije koje imaju negativan uticaj na porast klice i koliko je ona otporna na njih. Takođe istraživanje je pokazalo da ispitivano seme može podneti određene stresne uslove.
