Sažetak
Pod otpadom se podrazumevaju sve vrste materijala koji nemaju upotrebnu vrednost, a koji nastaju u procesu proizvodnje. rada, korišćenja, saobraćaja i u drugim delatnostima. Čvrst otpad je složen i heterogen materijal koji nastaje čovekovim aktivnostima u stanu, na poslu, javnom mestu, industriji poljoprivredi i drugim mestima. Najveći proizvođači otpada u gradovima, su domaćinstva i javne gradske površine (ulice, trgovi. parkovi). Urbanizacija i industrijalizacija su uticale na povećanje otpada, koji postaje svetski problem, a u narednom periodu biće jedan od prioriteta za rešavanje. Polazeći od rastućih zahteva svetske zajednice, veliki broj preduzeća i ustanova svoju poslovnu strategiju prilagođava potrebama savremenog društva za očuvanje radne i životne sredine. Mogućnosti za zaštitu od čvrstih otpada rastu u skladu sa razvojem ekološke odgovornosti. Javljaju se nove tehnologije za upravljanje otpadom, a "proizvođači" otpada otkrivaju nove mogućnosti primene recikliranih materijala. Neophodno je pratiti stanje i procese u životnoj sredini, jer će one uticati na efikasnosti i ekonomičnost zaštite.
Abstract
By garbage it is understood all kinds of materials without usability. These materials are generated in a working process, labor, use, traffic and other activities. A solid garbage is compact and heterogeneous material which is generating by human activities in home, working place, public place industry, agriculture, and elsewhere. The major garbage generator in towns are households, and public urban areas (streets, squares, parks). Urbanization and industrialization have impacted the garbage proliferation which is becoming the major world problem, and will he top priority for resolving in future. Starting from ever increasing requirements of world community, great number of enterprises and institutions adopt their business strategy to contemporary society needs for working and life environment preservation. Protection possibilities against solid garbage increase according to ecological responsibility development. New technologies for garbage management are emerging. "Garbage producers" discover new possibilities for the recycled materials applications. It is necessary to monitor state and processes in life environment, for they will impact efficiency and cost-effectiveness of protection.
