Sažetak
U periodu od 2003. do 2010. analizom 5.231 poziva jedne ekipe Hitne pomoći u Beogradu, ispitivano je zbrinjavanje pacijenata s tahikardijom uzanog kompleksa. U ekipi na terenu radi lekar s medicinskim tehničarem. Od 266 pacijenata s tahikardijom, s dijagnozom (Dg) I47.1, izdvojena su 92 pacijenta s tahikardijama uzanog kompleksa. Kao terapija za ovo stanje primenjivani su verapamil, kardiotonik, metoprolol ili propafen. Na licu mesta je zbrinuto 42% slučajeva. Ako su bolesnici imali samo Dg I47.1, zbrinuto je takođe skoro 42% slučajeva. Smanjena je patnja bolesnika sa ovim poremećajem i napravljen je odabir bolesnika za prevoz u više nadležne ustanove.
Abstract
In order to investigate treatment of narrow complex tachycardia we have analyzed 5231 interventions, performed by one EMS team in the period from 2003 to 2010. In Belgrade, EMS team consists of an emergency physician and a medical technician. Of those patients 266 suffered from supraventricular tachycardia, there were 92 cases of narrow complex tachycardia with frequency of 150 and higher. The treatment for this condition consisted of administration of verapamil, cardio tonic, metoprolol and propafenone. In 42% of patients, treatment was successful and there was no need for referral to cardiologist. In cases with no other diagnosis but supraventricular tachycardia, success of treatment was almost the same. Patients' discomfort related to this condition has been reduced and decision whether patient needs transport to other institutions for further treatment was made.
