Ispitivanje osetljivosti na so kod obolelih od hipertenzije sa ili bez pridruženih lipidskih poremećaja

Sažetak
Uvod: Brojni faktori povezuju visok unos soli sa povišenjem krvnog pritiska. Cilj rada: Cilj rada je bio da se ispita zastupljenost hipertenzije osetljive na so među osobama koje imaju ili nemaju pridružene lipidske poremećaje (HLP). Metod: Studijom je obuhvaćeno 60 hipertenzivnih, gojaznih ispitanika oba pola, 32 žene i 28 muškaraca, sa i bez HLP (35 : 25). Praćenje krvnog pritiska vršeno je na različitim režimima unosa soli. Rezultati: Kod 46,7% hipertezivnih ispitanika je utvrđena osetljivost na so. HLP je bila zastupljena kod 53,6% so senzitivnih i kod 62,5% so nesenzitivnih ispitanika. Na ishrani sa normalnim unosom soli, so senzitivne osobe imale su statistički značajno više bazalne vrednosti dijastolog pritiska. Na režimu smanjenog unosa soli nađena je statistički značajno niža srednja vrednost sistolnog i dijastolnog pritiska tokom 24h praćenja kod ispitanika sa so senzitivnom hipertenzijom, kao i statistički značajno niža srednja vrednost dijastolnog pritiska tokom dnevnih sati. Na režimu povećanog unosa soli, kod ispitanika sa so senzitivnom hipertenzijom, nađena je statistički značajno viša minimalna i srednja vrednost sistolnog pritiska kao i bazalna i maksimalna vrednost sistolnog pritiska tokom 24h paćenja. Zaključak: U odnosu na restrikciju unosa soli čak i normalan unos soli pogoršava hipertenziju. Grupe gojaznih hipertenzivnih ispitanika sa i bez HLP se nisu značajno razlikovale u zastupljenosti so senzitivne hipertenzije.
