Sažetak
Reakcije F1 hibrida roda Lycopersicon i njihovih roditeljskih klonova prema Meloidogyne inkognita i M. hapla ispitivane su u staklari. Po pet biljaka od svake vrste posađeno je u plastične posude sa 12 dm3 peska, koji je sterilisan vodenom parom, Biljke su veštački infestirane sa po 10000 jaja i larvi obe populacije nematode. Vrste Lycopersicum hirsutum f. glabratum i f. typicum bile su rezistentne prema testiranim populacijama Meloidogyne. L. peruvianum i L. chilense bile su rezistentne na M. incognita a osteljive na M. hapla. Među F1 hibridima samo bugarsko-danski hybrid № 965 bio rezistentan na M. incognita a osetljiv na M. hapla. Ostali hibridi i sorte su bili osetljive na testirane populacije nematode. Aktivnost Migena nije potpuno preneta sa roditelja na hibride.
