Azotobacter chroococcum kao alternativa konvencionalnom bubrenju u proizvodnji kukuruza

Sažetak
U radu je ispitivan uticaj azotnih mineralnih đubriva (30, 60, 90 kg N/ha) i azotofiksirajuće bakterije Azotobacter chroococcum na prinos tri hibrida kukuruza (Mića, PKB 635-selekcije PKB INI Agroekonomik, Padinska Skela i NS 640-selekcija Naučnog instituta za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo, Novi Sad) i mikrobiološku aktivnost u njihovoj rizosferi. Ogled je izveden na ritskoj crnici. Mineralna đubriva uneta su pod osnovnu obradu a inokulacija semena sa azotobakterom izvršena je neposredno pre setve. Prinos zrna kukuruza na inokulisanim varijantama bio je isti kao na varijantama koje su đubrene sa srednjom ili najvećom količinom mineralnih đubriva. Najbolji efekat primene azotobaktera dobijen je kod hibrida NS 640. Ukupan broj bakterija povećan je na inokulisanim varijantama a smanjen je na varijantama sa srednjom i najvećom dozom mineralnih đubriva Aktivnost dehidrogenaze je značajno povećana na varijantama gde je primenjen azotobakter. Rezultati su pokazali da efektivni soj Azotobacter chroococcum može zameniti deo azotnih mineralnih đubriva u proizvodnji kukuruza.
