Abstract
The author of this paper elaborates some of the most prominent channels of influence through which the European culture, politics, science and other activities exerted their influence onto the appearance and development of Serbian sovereignty and social life. The usual chronological reference was however, avoided. Yet, the most typical examples of this influence were shown through the activities of different persons, organizations, institutions and through documents. Apart from the Introduction, this work comprises two parts. The first part deals with the establishment of the national denotations during the fight for liberation and acquiring of the status of a vassal state. The second part deals only with issues supportive of the inauguration of the legal state (the activities of the defenders of the Constitution) establishment of the national program and personal contribution of both Serbs in Vojvodina and other renowned persons from Europe to the overall social life in Serbia.
