Modelovanje uticaja 'EFQM' kriterijuma na satisfakciju i lojalnost zaposlenih u tranzicionoj ekonomiji - studija bankarskog sektora u Srbiji

Sažetak
U radu se prezentuju rezultati empirijskog istraživanja uticaja nekih kriterijuma 'EFQM' modela izvrsnosti na satisfakciju i lojalnost zaposlenih u bankarskom sektoru Srbije. Sve hipoteze u definisanom modelu su dokazane statističkim vrednovanjem empirijskih rezultata, osim hipoteze pozitivnog uticaja odnosa organizacije prema sigurnosti i društvu na poslovni rezultat, što čini specifičnost tranzicionih ekonomskih uslova u kojima funkcioniše proučavani bankarski sektor. Statistička obrada je vršena korišćenjem LISREL v.16 softverskog paketa gde su definisane statističke značajnosti istraživanog skupa zajedno sa b i t vrednostima definisanih putanja u definisanom modelu. Istraživanja su pokazala da kriterijumi 'EFQM' modela izvrsnosti mogu biti od koristi za razvoj i unapređenje funkcionisanja bankarskog sektora u Srbiji i izgradnje TQM prakse.
