Sažetak
Kreativnost i inovacije identifikovani su u literaturi kao glavni pokretači razvoja malih i srednjih preduzeća. Cilj ove studije je bio da se utvrdi da li ovi faktori utiču i na profitabilnost sektora MSP u Srbiji. Postavljen je konceptualni model i predloženo je šest hipoteza. Istraživanje je sprovedeno u južnoj i jugoistočnoj Srbiji na uzorku od 717 malih i srednjih preduzeća. Konfirmatorna faktorska analiza (KFA) i 'Path Analysis' su korišćeni za testiranje konceptualnog modela. Rezultati su pokazali visoku pouzdanost podataka i potvrđene su hipoteze.
