Upravljanje projektima u proizvodnim preduzećima

Sažetak
Trenutno vreme turbulentnih promena vezano je za neophodnost inovacija, kako proizvoda, tako i celokupnog sistema upravljanja organizacijom. Međutim, inovacione aktivnosti moraju biti sprovedene u kratkom roku. Nažalost, većina organizacija se bori sa nedovoljnim finansijskim sredstvima i nedostatkom kreativnih i aktivnih ljudskih resursa. Sve ovo može dovesti do gubitka tržišne pozicije i smanjenja konkurentnosti. Ako organizacija želi da uspe na tržištu i opstane dugoročno, metod pokušaja i greške je isključen. Projektno upravljanje je mogući način rešavanja problema. Projektno upravljanje karakteriše detaljno ispitivanje svih aspekata projekata, njihovo detaljno planiranje, koje kulminira implementacijom promena i inovacija. Dakle, sadašnji rukovodioci treba da definišu precizne ciljeve, odgovorna lica i rokove, rasporede zadatke, troškove i jasno definišu procedure ključne za upravljanje projektima. Samo na taj način organizacija može brzo i bez greške da reaguje na velike promene. Cilj rada je da se procene faktori od značaja za proizvodna preduzeća u projektima i da se otkriju odnosi ovih faktora. Istraživanje je sprovedeno 2019. godine u 116 proizvodnih preduzeća u Češkoj. Menadžeri projekta često fokusiraju svoju pažnju na zadovoljstvo kupaca i veličinu troškova prilikom evaluacije projekata.
