Prednosti i nedostaci onlajn režima rada sa osvrtom na posledice po mentalno i opšte zdravlje - iskustva stečena tokom pandemije COVID-19

Sažetak
Pandemija COVID-19 obustavila je tradicionalni oblik rada i nastave u mnogim ustanovama, a posebno je interesantan uticaj prelaska na onlajn režim rada i nastave na mentalno zdravlje. Primarni cilj ovog rada je da se ustanovi koje su prednosti i mane prelaska na onlajn režim rada i nastave dodatno otežane pandemijom (menadžerski aspekt), a sekundarni da se ustanovi koje su posledice prelaska na onlajn režim rada i nastave po mentalno zdravlje pojedinca (socio-psihološki aspekt). Izvršeni pregled literature vezane za proces rada i nastave u COVID-19 pandemiji preporučuje onlajn režim kada god je to moguće. Rezultati u domenu tržišta rada ukazuju da ukoliko je osoba samodisciplinovana, ne zahteva nadzor, ima jasne zadatke i motivaciju, onlajn režim pruža niz prednosti kako zaposlenom sa ovim karakteristikama tako posledično i poslodavcu. Sa druge strane, za osobe koje motivaciju za rad prevashodno nalaze u kontaktu sa kolegama, zahtevaju nadzor, nemaju samodisciplinu, kao i za one koje teže menadžerskim pozicijama, rad na daljinu ne daje povoljne rezultate. U domenu nastave u onlajn obrazovanju kvantitativno je utvrđen veći uspeh učenika i studenata, uz pitanje da li je iza uspeha realno znanje. Identifikovane zdravstvene posledice po pojedince izložene dugoročnim onlajn režimima interakcije su prevashodno: sindrom sagorevanja, izolacija od prijatelja, problemi u porodičnim odnosima, doživljaj smanjene sreće kod kuće, opšte loše zdravstveno stanje i nedostatak sna. Verovatno je da će se ovaj režim nastaviti u određenoj meri i u doglednoj budućnosti. Radne organizacije i nastavni centri će morati da implementiraju formalizovane politike koje uzimaju u obzir podršku za upravljanje granicom između posla i kućnih aktivnosti, jasnoću uloge, radno opterećenje, indikatore učinka, tehničku podršku, olakšavanje umrežavanja saradnika i obuku za menadžere.
