Sažetak
Vođenje finansija javnih susreće se sa znatnim problemima, naročito tamo gde su doprinosi za zdravstveno osiguranje dominantni mehanizmi finansiranja. Veliki broj zemalja širom sveta susreo se sa određenim problemima u funkcionisanju i finansiranju vojnih sistema zdravstvenog osiguranja. Vrlo često postoji mnogo više zahteva nego materijalnih mogućnosti. Mnoge od njih traže najbolja rešenja, jer je reforma zdravstvenog osiguranja jedan od prioriteta, kako države, tako i vojske, na putu opšte transformacije.
Abstract
Managing public finances is faced with significant problems, especially where health insurance contributions are the dominant financing mechanisms. A large number of countries around the world have encountered certain problems in the functioning and financing of military health insurance systems. Very often there are many more demands than material possibilities. Many of them are looking for the best solutions, because health insurance reform is one of the priorities, both the state and the military, on the path of general transformation.
