Inovativnost zemlje u globalnoj trgovini - slučaj Republike Moldavije

Sažetak

Studija osvetljava značaj interakcije između inovativnosti, konkurentnosti i spoljne trgovine. Ova studija je utvrdila da je inovativnost zemlje glavna determinanta uspešne integracije zemlje u globalne lance vrednosti. Cilj studije je proučavanje najproblematičnijih faktora koji utiču na inovativnost moldavske privrede. Studija je zasnovana na analizi rezultata i ranga indikatora Svetskog ekonomskog foruma Republike Moldavije. U radu se analiziraju rezultati stubova 'Inovativnost', 'Sofisticiranost poslovanja' i 'Tehnološka spremnost' Moldavije i zemalja jugoistočne Evrope. Studija je pokazala da Republika Moldavija i Srbija imaju niske pokazatelje inovativnosti i sofisticiranosti u odnosu na ostale zemljama jugo-istočne Evrope. U isto vreme, privreda Moldavije prati privrede EU prema dostignutom nivou stuba 'Tehnološka spremnost', premašujući, albansku i srpsku privredu u poslednjih nekoliko godina. Studija je pokazala da je potreba da se poveća konkurentnost zemlje podsticanjem multinacionalnih kompanija da ulažu u nauku, informaciono-komunikacione tehnologije, kao i u razvoj novih proizvoda sa visokom dodatnom vrednošću postala ne samo važna, već takođe i hitna jer bi zemlja bila u stanju da ojača ekonomske koristi koje su mnoge zemlje postigle u proteklim godinama. Rezultati istraživanja mogu da posluže kreatorima javnih politika u procesu implementacije reforme javne uprave, izrade Nacionalnog programa nauke i inovacija Republike Moldavije, unapređenja upravljanja istraživanjem i razvojem.
