Sažetak

Osnovni cilj istraživanja je ispitati kako transformisati organizaciju, sa tradicionalnim menadžmentom, organizacionom strukturom i konzervativnom kulturom, u preduzetničku. Polazne pretpostavke su da je organska organizaciona struktura, preduzetnička kultura i odgovarajuće odluke menadžmenta ključni za podsticanje preduzetničke inicijative. U radu je prezentirano relevantno teorijsko istraživanje, uključujući kritički osvrt na analizirane teme. Rad doprinosi literaturi ukazivanjem na značaj prilagođavanja organizacionog dizajna i stila menadžmenta, kako bi se kreirao podsticajan ambijent za inovacije, usklađen sa potrebama pojedinaca sa preduzetnickim potencijalom. Na bazi sprovedenih razmatranja izvedeni su odgovarajući zaključci, i date preporuke u pogledu pravca i važnosti opsežnijih istraživanja organizacionog preduzetništva u budućnosti.
