Sažetak

Savremeni trendovi u turizmu pokazuju sve veću ulogu koju održivost ima na ovu industriju. Održivi razvoj je sastavni dio koncepta nacionalnih parkova koji stvaraju novu vrstu turizma koji sve više postaje budućnost svih oblika poslovanja. Opšti cilj održivog razvoja (OR) je dugoročna stabilnost privrede i životne sredine, koja se može ostvariti kroz integraciju i priznavanje ekonomskih, ekoloških i socijalnih pitanja tokom procesa donošenja odluka. U ovom radu ćemo pokazati da zaštićena područja sa stanovišta održivosti su moderatori razvojnog dizajna u područjima u kojima se nalaze. Nacionalni parkovi Crne Gore, svojim raznolikostima potencijala, mogu u potpunosti zadovoljiti savremene zahteve svetskog turizma i, na duži rok, zauzeti poziciju svetske destinacije primenom koncepta održivog razvoja.
