Sažetak
Pandemija COVID-19 izazvana je virusom kojeg nedovoljno poznajemo. Nova situacija dovela je do potrebe da se omogući kvalitetna resuscitacija obolelih od COVID-19 infekcije ali uz kvalitenu zaštitu medicinskih profesionalaca od rizika infekcije. Naša nastojanja u okviru našeg programskog delovanja, usmerena su da načinimo preporuke Resuscitacionog saveta Srbije kao vodeće strukovne organizacije za primenu mera resuscitacije u uslovima COVID-19 pandemije. Mi smo načinili Preporuke za primenu mera resuscitacije, Preporuke za etička pitanja primene mera resuscitacije kod obolelih od COVID-19 infekcije i preporuke za sprovođenje treninga tokom pandemije COVID-19. Preporuke smo izradili u saradnji sa Evropskim resuscitacionim savetom i drugim partnerskim organizacijama, koje su deo mreže nacionalnih saveta za Resuscitacionu medicine u Evropi. Preporuke će u narednom period biti modifikovane sa pojavom novih saznanja i dopunjavane u odnosu na ovaj osnovni tekst na osnovu novih naučnih dokaza svakih 6 meseci a sve do donošenja jedinstvenih preporuka Evropskog resucitacionog saveta za koje se očekuje da se objave na jesen 2021. godine.
