Uključenost roditelja u rad predškolskih ustanova

Rad je nastao kao rezultat rada na projektu "Unapređenje profesionalnih kompetencija budućih pedagoga u okviru osnovnih akademskih studija pedagogije" (360/1-16-5-01), koji se sprovodi na Filozofskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Nišu. Ovaj rad je finansijski podržalo Ministarstvo prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja Republike Srbije.

Sažetak
Uključivanje roditelja u život i rad predškolskih ustanova je pitanje koje postaje posebno aktuelno tokom reformisanja sistema predškolskog vaspitanja i obrazovanja. Sa donošenjem novih Osnova programa predškolskog vaspitanja i obrazovanja "Godine uzleta" (2018) ovo pitanje dobija na značaju, jer se roditelji posmatraju kao ključni partneri u ostvarivanju ciljeva institucionalnog predškolskog vaspitanja. Shodno tome, javlja se potreba za temeljnijim proučavanjem ove tematike i ispitivanjem svih relevantnih činilaca koji determinišu aktivno pozicioniranje roditelja u procesu vaspitanja i obrazovanja dece ranog uzrasta. U tom kontekstu, veoma je važno utvrditi samoprocene roditelja o uključenosti u proces vaspitanja i obrazovanja u predškolskoj ustanovi. Cilj ovog rada je ispitivanje stavova roditelja o uključenosti u rad predškolske ustanove. Rad predstavlja deo obimnijeg istraživanja koje se odnosi na oblast saradnje roditelja sa ustanovama za predškolsko vaspitanje i obrazovanje. U ovom radu su prikazani rezultati supskale kojom se ispituju stavovi roditelja o uključenosti u rad predškolskih ustanova. Istraživanjem su obuhvaćena 763 roditelja čija deca pohađaju državne predškolske ustanove na teritoriji Srbije. Rezultati dobijeni istraživanjem pokazuju da roditelji smatraju da su uključeni u rad predškolskih ustanova i da sebe smatraju informisanim i aktivnim partnerima u procesu saradnje. U odnosu na nezavisne varijable istraživanja rezultati ukazuju na veću uključenost majki u odnosu na očeve, kao i to da su mlađi roditelji aktivniji u odnosu na roditelje koji pripadaju starijoj kategoriji. Stepen obrazovanja roditelja se pokazao kao važna determinanta za uključivanje roditelja, kao i varijabla koja se odnosi na pripadnost deteta određenoj vaspitnoj grupi. U skladu sa dobijenim rezultatima, može se zaključiti da samoprocene roditelje o uključenosti u rad predškolskih ustanova daju razloga za optimizam i idu u prilog stavu da je uključivanje roditelja od izuzetnog značaja za kvalitetno vaspitanje i obrazovanje dece predškolskog uzrasta.
