Sažetak
U radu se analiziraju uzročno-posledične veze između određenih dimenzija nacionalne kulture i određenih strategija organizacionih promena. Koriste se dve od četiri dimenzije nacionalne kulture koje je identifikovao G. Hofstede: distanca moći i 'muške' versus 'ženske' vrednosti. Na drugoj strani, izdiferencirane su četiri strategije organizacionih promena: strategija moći, normativno-reedukativna strategija, racionalnoempirička strategija i kreativna strategija. Identifikovane dimenzije nacionalne kulture i identifikovane strategije organizacionih promena međusobno se razlikuju po istim kriterijumima: distribuciji moći i orijentaciji na ljude versus orijentacije na zadatke. Na toj osnovi je moguće postaviti osam hipoteza o uzročnoposledičnim vezama između određenih tipova nacionalnih kultura i određenih strategija organizacionih promena.
