Razlike fizičkog fitnesa studenata sa različitim nivoima kardiorespiratorne izdržljivosti

Sažetak

Sa ciljem da se utvrde razlike fizičkog fitnesa studenata sa različitim nivoima kardiorespiratorne izdržljivosti, provedeno je istraživanje na studentima Fakulteta sporta i fizičkog vaspitanja Univerziteta u Nišu, svrstanih u dva subuzorka, gde je prvi subuzorak činilo 27 studentica, a drugi 35 studenata. Fizički fitnes je procenjen pomoću osam testova iz baterije Eurofit: stajanje na jednoj nozi - za procenu opšte ravnoteže; taping rukom - za procenu brzine pokreta: duboki pretklon u sedu - za procenu fleksibilnosti; skok u dalj s mesta - za procenu eksplozivne snage; dinammetrija šake - za procenu statičke snage; ležanje/sed - za procenu repetitivne snage trupa; izdržaj u zgibu - za procenu mišićne izdržljivosti i čunasto trčanje 10x5 m- za procenu brzine/agilnosti. Kardiorespiratorna izdržljivost je procenjena testom ponovljenog trčanja na 20 m sa progresivnim povećanjem opterećenja. Na osnovu nivoa kardiorespiratorne izdržljivosti, ispitanici u svakom sub-uzorku su pomoću klaster analize podeljeni u tri grupe: grupa sa visokim (VKRI), prosečnim (PKRI) i niskim nivoom (nKrI). Razlike fizičkog fitnesa studenata sa različitim nivoima kardiorespiratorne izdržljivosti su izračunate primenom jednosmerne analize varijanse. Rezultati su pokazali da nije bilo razlike fizičkog fitnesa studenata sa različitim nivoima kardiorespiratorne izdržljivosti ni u jednom subuzorku studenata. Na osnovu rezultata može se zaključiti da nivo kardiorespiratorne izdržljivosti ne utiče na manifestaciju komponenti fizičkog fitnesa kod studenata oba pola.
