Sažetak

Tržišta rada zemalja jugoistočne Evrope prolaze kroz duboke promene tipične za tranzicioni period, ali su dodatno produbljene i produžene ekonomskom krizom koja je počela u 2008 koja traje i danas. U zemljama jugoistočne Evrope ključni pokazatelji tržišta rada bili su znatno lošiji u poređenju sa zapadnoevropskim privredama. Osnovni cilj ovog rada je da se uporede tržišta rada zemalja u regionu preko različitih promenljivih i da se otkriju glavne karakteristike regionalnog tržišta rada tokom ekonomske krize. Primenom multivarijacione analize prate se promene i identifikuju se glavne karakteristike u poslednje tri godine na pojedinačnim tržištima rada. Ključni nalaz je da zemlje jugoistočne Evrope imaju konstantne, pa čak i rastuće probleme na tržištu rada koje karakteriše visoka nezaposlenost, dugoročna nezaposlenost i strukturne neusklađenosti.
