Sažetak
Kurs osnovnih mera životne podrške (BLS) Evropskog resuscitacionog saveta ima jasno utvrđene zadatke, ciljeve i ishode. Nove tehnologije nude nove mogućnosti i novu didaktičku opremu za sprovođenje obuke za BLS. Radna grupa Resuscitacog saveta Srbije za BLS otvorila je pitanje vezano za metodologiju sprovođenja ovih kurseva korišćenjem uređaja koji pružaju virtuelnu realnost (VR). Pilot program nastave sa upotrebom VR uređaja sproveden je tokom nastave na Univerzitetima u Srbiji. Metode: Prospektivna randomizirana manekenska studija. Studenti su metodom slučajnog izbora odabrani prilikom registracije i podeljeni u dve grupe. Grupa I - standard ERC BLS kurs. Grupa II - BLS kurs s upotrebom VR didaktičkih uređaja. Pre i nakon kursa svi kandidati su procenjeni putem modifikovanoh Cardiff skoring sistema u odnosu na uspešnost primena mera CPR. Rezultati: Studija obuhvata 250 studenata. Grupa I imala je ukupno 125 studenata. Merenja su pokazala da je dubina i učestalost kompresija dobra u 67,04%. U ovoj grupi polaznici su ocenili svoje zadovoljstvo kursem ocenom 4,35 na skali od 1 do 5 bodova. II grupa imala je 125 studenata. Podaci su pokazali da je 63, 16% kompresije bilo zadovoljavajuće u pogledu dubine i / ili učestalosti. Ocena zadovoljstva studenata kursem bila je 4,65. Zaključak: Virtuelna stvarnost doprinela je da kandidati imaju veći osećaj zadovoljstva kursem, ali nije uticala pozitivno na ishod i rezultate uspešnosti BLS obuke.
