Sažetak
Sa rastućom stopom tehnoloških promena, zahtevnijim potrebama kupaca i sve jačim pritiskom od strane konkurencije, firme sve više koriste svoje resurse, odnosno njihovo znanje. Upravljanje organizacionim znanjem postaje ključno strateško sredstvo pri suočavanju sa promenama u okruženju, kao i relevantan faktor opstanka i stvaranju konkurentske prednosti na tržištu. Međutim, konkurentna uspešnost nije samo povezana sa znanjem u firmama, već i sposobnošću firme da najbolje koristi ono što poznaje i da zna šta je strateški najbolje za njen prosperitet. U tom smislu mnogi stručnjaci ističu koncept 'organizacione mudrosti' kao proces sakupljanja, prenošenja i integracija mudrosti pojedinaca i njihovo korišćenje od strane organizacije kroz strateške akcije. Rad predstavlja nastojanje da se na osnovu teoretskih i praktičnih istraživanja relevantnih stručnjaka u ovoj oblasti napravi prikaz u vezi vrste znanja koja su do sada razvijala u organizacijama, sa posebnim fokusom na organizacionu mudrost, kao najvećim stepenom organizacije i korišćenja znanja u sadašnjim uslovima poslovanja.
