Dugoročni razvoj sportiste - od teorijskog i praktičnog modela do saznajnog problema

Sažetak

Dve dekade od kreiranja i uspostavljanja Dečijeg sporta, kao univerzitetskog predmeta na Fakultetu sporta i fizičkog vaspitanja Univerziteta u Beogradu, i njegove pune akademske i praktične afirmacije, otvorilo je pitanje revizije i širenja teorijskog i praktičnog konteksta ovog predmeta, naročito u prostoru saznanja koje se odnosi na dugogodišnji razvoj sportiste (DRS) i planiranja karijere (problem rada). Stoga su se, kao predmet ove analize, nametnuli teorijski i praktični modeli koji se odnose na DRS, a u funkciji teorijske i praktične verifikacije, odnosno u pravcu definisanja konteksta novog saznajnog problema. Sažimanjem obimne teorijske i praktične građe došlo se do zaključka da teorija sporta nije kadra da sačini okvir za realan, a još manje za celovit model dugogodišnjeg razvoja sportiste, zbog čega je kao cilj ovog rada izdvojeno teorijsko i empirijsko kretanje ka novoj paradigmi celovitog sagledavanja DRS kroz sport. Suštinskom i temeljnom analizom konteksta reprezentativnog modela, poznatog po svom engleskom akronimu "LATD" (Long Term Athlete Development), kao i drugih modela drugogodišnjeg razvoja sportiste, zaključeno je da se njihovo polazište mora uspostaviti oko koncepta "fizička pismenost", kao i da je istinitost modela DRS, i dalje, u postupku teorijske i praktične verifikacije. Ponuđena rasprava je okvir za nove iskorake u pristupu celovitoj teoriji i praksi sporta, naročito u delu dečijeg i sporta mladih.
