Uticaj kompleksnog metoda treninga na ispoljavanje maksimalne izometrijske sile mladih košarkaša

Sažetak

U periodu od deset nedelja, sprovedeno je istraživanje efekata kompleksnog metoda treninga na maksimalnu izometrijsku mišićnu silu, vreme njenog dostizanja i indeks eksplozivne snage u testu polučučanj. U istraživanju je učestvovalo dvadeset košarkaša juniorskog uzrasta (prosečne starosti 16.4+/-0.7 God.; prosečne telesne visine 186.2cm+/-9.2; prosečne telesne mase 75,4+/-7.5kg; prosečne vrednosti procenta masnog tkiva 12,83%+/-1.15). Ispitanici su podeljeni u eksperimentalnu (n=10) i kontrolnu (n=10) grupu. Eksperimentalna grupa, pored tehničko-taktičkih košarkaških treninga, dodatno je sprovodila program kompleksnog treninga, dok je kontrolna grupa imala samo tehničko-taktičke košarkaške treninge. Na finalnom merenju, rezultati maksimalne izometrijske mišićne sile i indeksa eksplozivne snage su se statistički značajno poboljšali u eksperimentalnoj grupi, dok u kontrolnoj grupi nisu zabeležene značajnije promene. Nisu zabeležene značajnije promene vremena dostizanja maksimalne izometrijske sile na finalnom merenju. Na osnovu rezultata istraživanja, može se zaključiti da primena kompleksnog metoda treninga ima pozitivne efekte na razvoj maksimalne izometrijske mišićne sile, kao i na indeks eksplozivne snage.
