Motoričke sposobnosti dece pretpubertetskog uzrasta

Sažetak

Motorički status predstavlja bitan prediktor učešća dece pretpubertetskog uzrasta u fizičkoj aktivnosti. Sprovedeno istraživanje imalo je za cilj da prikaže polne razlike u nivou motoričkih sposobnosti dece pretpubertetskog uzrasta. U tu svrhu primenjena je redukovana "Eurofit" baterija (Committee of Experts on sports Research, 1988), koja se sastojala iz 5 motoričkih testova: taping rukom, skok udalj iz mesta, čunasto trčanje 10x5m, pretklon u sedu i ležanje-sed. U istraživanju je učestvovalo 420 učenika, oba pola, uzrasta 7-9 godina. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju da su učenici postigli statistički značajno bolje rezultate u testovima: skok udalj iz mesta i čunasto trčanje 10h5m, dok su učenice bile bolje u testu pretklon u sedu. U ostalim motoričkim varijablama nisu uočene statistički značajne polne razlike u nivou motoričkih sposobnosti.
