Hematološki status i funkcionalne sposobnosti kardiorespiratornog sistema fizički aktivnih veganki

Sažetak
Cilj ovog istraživanja je bio da se ispita uticaj veganske ishrane na hematološke parametre, kao i da se uporede funkcionalne sposobnosti kardiorespiratornog sistema vegana i osoba na standardnom režimu ishrane.Uzorak ispitanika činilo je 24 osobe ženskog pola, podeljene u dve grupe: 11 veganki i 13 žena na standardnom režimu ishrane. Procena nivoa fizičke aktivnosti ispitanika vršena je standardnim IPAQ upitnikom. Hematološka analiza obuhvatila je: kompletnu krvnu sliku, lipidni profil krvi, vitamin B12 i gvožđe. Praćene su osnovne antropometrijske varijable, a za procenu maksimalne potrošnje kiseonika korišćen je submaksimalni Astrandov test na bickl ergometru. Za merenje maskimalnih vrednosti srčane frekvencije i krvnog pritiska korišćen je RAMP kontinuirani protokol. Rezultati su pokazali da aktivne veganke imaju značajno nižu telesnu masu i indeks telesne mase u odnosu na aktivne žene na standardnom režimu ishrane. Broj eritrocita i trombocita, kao i LDL - holesterola pokazuju niže vrednosti kod veganki u odnosu na kontrolnu grupu (p<0.01). Pokazatelji funkcionalnih sposobnosti kardiorespiratornog sistema se ne razlikuju kod aktivnih veganki i žena na standardnom režimu ishrane.
