Sažetak
Pokreti i kretanje prilikom teniskog servisa izazivaju veliki mehanički stres mišićno-zglobno-tetivno-ligamentarnog aparata sportiste. U ovom radu integrisane su različite saznajne metode u funkciji neinvazivne metode za procenu otpornosti kosti i hrskavice kolena pri servisu maksimalne jačine. Predložena metoda zasnovana je na kreiranju biomehaničkog modela koji bi bio specifičan za svakog ispitanika (individualizacija podataka), kao i: praćenje kinematike zglobova, merenje sile tla, modelovanje inverzne dinamike, analiza zgloba kolena primenom metode konačnih elemenata, a sve sa ciljem procene otpornosti kolena tenisera na velike akutne deformacije i moguće povrede. Cilj je razvoj optimizovane kompjuterske tehnologije i kreiranje praktičnog dijagnostičkog alata za neinvazivnu ocenu funkcije kolena pri specifičnim pokretima i kretanjima u tenisu. Očekivanje je, da ovakav pristup, u značajnoj meri, može da obezbedi predikciju i prevenciju povreda u trenažnom i takmičarskom tenisu.
