Procjena saglasnosti tri različita klasifikaciona sistema za određivanje uhranjenosti učenika

Sažetak
Cilj ovog rada je da se utvrdi saglasnost procjene uhranjenosti adolescenata koristeći klasifikacione sisteme Centra za kontrolu i prevenciju bolesti SAD (eng. CDC), Međunarodne grupe za gojaznost (eng. IOTF) i Svetske zdravstvne organizacije (eng. WHO). Neeksperimentalno posmatranje je izvršeno na uzorku od 213 učenika prvog razreda gimnazije iz Banja Luke, Republika Srpska, Bosna i Hercegovina, prosječnog uzrasta od 15.67 godina, od kojih je 89 (41.8%) muškog a 124 ženskog pola (58.2%). Svaki od ispitanika je kategorisan u odnosu na jedinstvenu skalu, kao neuhranjen, normalne težine, prekomjerne težine ili gojazan, a koristeći IOTF, CDC i WHO referentne vrijednosti. Koenov kapa koeficijent (k) korišćen je za procjenu saglasnosti tri klasifikaciona sistema u utvrđivanju uhranjenosti. Utvrđeno je da je prevalenca neuhranjenosti najveća prema IOTF standardima kod oba pola, dok je prevalenca prekomjerne težine najveća prema referencama WHO. Razlike između analizirana tri sistema nisu velike za kategoriju gojaznih, naročito kod djevojčica. Kod dječaka CDC reference pokazuju nešto veći postotak gojaznih u odnosu na druga dva sistema. Saglasnost među klasifikacionim sistemima kreće se od 0.83 do 0.86 na ukupnom uzorku ispitanika za sve kategorije uhranjenosti, što se može smatrati pouzdanim parametrom za naredna praćenja, upoređivanja i propisivanje mera.
