Sažetak
Razumevanje materijala kao aktivnih, bilo da su komprimovani, zategnuti ili savijeni, omogućava nova rešenja koja se šire i predstavljaju izazov prostoru projektovanja. Pristupi ka integraciji ponašanja materijala na konceptualnom, konstruktivnom i proizvodnom nivou, kao i na nivou sistema digitalnog projektovanja, mogu da posluže kao obrazac kako projektovati sa složenošću koja karakteriše trenutni prostor projektovanja građevinske prakse. Ovaj rad se fokusira na četiri različita pristupa kako bi se performansa materiajla integrisala u digitalno projektovanje koje je predstavljeno u četiri fizička demonstratora od strane CITA, Centra za informacionu tehnologiju i arhitekturu u Kopenhagenu.
