Značaj porodičnih karakteristika za psihomotorni razvoj dece sa razvojnom disfazijom

Sažetak
Teškoće senzornog procesiranja mogu predstavljati rizik za razvoj jezičkih, govornih, ali i kognitivnih i motoričkih sposobnosti deteta. Osim samog deteta, posledice različitih razvojnih smetnji pogađaju i roditelje. Pol, obrazovanje, broj dece u porodici i redosled rođenja su neke od karakteristika koje mogu biti od značaja za dijagnostikovanje i tretman poteškoća izazvanih razvojnom disfazijom. Cilj istraživanja bio je da se ispita povezanost senzornih i psihomotornih sposobnosti dece sa razvojnom disfazijom sa sociodemografskim karakteristikama njihovih primarnih porodica. Uzorak je činilo 47 roditelja dece koja pohađaju vrtić, a kod kojih je postavljena dijagnoza razvojne disfazije. U istraživanju su korišćeni Modifikovani senzorni profil i Upitnik o sociodemografskim karakteristikama porodice. Podaci su obrađeni pomoću deskriptivne statistike, t-testa za nezavisne uzorke i analizom varijanse. Rezultati su pokazali da postoje statistički značajne razlike na psihomotornim dimenzijama senzornog procesiranja u zavisnosti od obrazovanja roditelja, ali i redosleda rođenja i broja dece u porodici. Podaci govore o tome da je neophodno pružiti širi spektar mogućnosti za intervenciju i podršku roditeljima dece sa dijagnostikovanom razvojnom disfazijom preko različitih edukacija, kao i onih fizičkih aktivnosti koje potenciraju značaj sposobnosti koordinacije, ali i fine motorike, naročito kada su u pitanju predškolci.
