Efikasnost tehnika uklanjanja kalcijum-hidroksida iz simuliranih internih resorpcija korena - in vitro studija

Sažetak
Uvod/Cilj Kalcijum-hidroksid (KH) jeste medikament izbora u endodontskom lečenju internih resorpcija. Cilj ovog rada je bio da se proveri efikasnost tri različite tehnike uklanjanja KH iz simuliranih internih resorpcija korena. Metode Dvadeset devet jednokorenih zuba je obrađeno primenom NiTi rotirajućih instrumenata BioRaCe (40/0,04), uz irigaciju. Korenovi su potom zasečeni dijamantskim diskom na lateralnim stranama i dletom podeljeni na dve polovine. Okruglim dijamantskim svrdlom su simetrično napravljene standardizovane interne resorpcije na 6 mm od apeksa. Korenske polovine su zatim sastavljene, a lentulom je unet medikament KH. Testirane su tri tehnike za uklanjanje KH iz internih resorpcija: modifikovana konvencionalna irigacija špricem (KIŠ), pasivna ultrazvučna irigacija (PUI), XP-endo Finisher (XP). Resorptivni kaviteti i apeksne trećine su posmatrani pod stereomikroskopom (×45) i bodovani sistemom od 1 do 5, a reprezentativni uzorci su analizirani korišćenjem SEM. Dobijeni rezultati su statistički obrađeni Kraskal-Volisovim i Man-Vitnijevim U-testom (p < 0,05). Rezultati Najefikasniji sistem bio je PUI, sa 66,7% uzoraka ocenjenih ocenom 1, a 33,3% ocenom 2. Sledeći je bio XP-endo Finisher, a najmanje efikasan je bio KIŠ sa 33,3% uzoraka sa ocenom 1 (resorptivni defekt bez medikamenta). Statistički značajna razlika postoji između sistema PUI i KIŠ (p < 0,05), dok ne postoji između sistema PUI i XP. Zaključak Nijedan sistem nije u potpunosti uklonio medikament iz simuliranih internih resorpcija. Kombinacijom tehnika obezbeđuje se bolji učinak u uklanjanju zaostalog medikamenta sa zidova kanala.
