Efekti fizičkih aktivnosti na gojaznost starih osoba - sistematsko pregledno istraživanje

Sažetak
Cilj ovog sistematskog preglednog istraživanja bio je da se na osnovu sumirane relevantne literature utvrdi da li fizička aktivnost utiče na gojaznost starih osoba. Uzorak ispitanika su bile osobe muškog i ženskog pola, starijih od 65 godina, ukupno 1110. Kriterijumi za analizu radova bili su sledeći: radovi obuhvaćeni od 2005. do 2020. godine, da je studija longitudinalnog karaktera i da su ispitanici stariji od 65 godina. U konačnu analizu je, na osnovu postavljenih kriterijuma, ušlo 20 studija, koje su analizirane i prikazane. Analizom dobijenih rezultata, može se zaključiti da fizičke aktivnosti daju pozitivne efekte na gojaznost starih osoba, ali treba voditi računa o adekvatnom odabiru, obimu i intenzitetu, prilagođenosti fizičkih aktivnosti osobama starije populacije, ali i optimalnom trajanju eksperimentalnog programa. Rezultati ovog rada mogu koristiti budućim istraživanjima u cilju pronalaženja adekvatne literature, radi utvrđivanja efekata fizičkih aktivnosti na gojaznost starih osoba.
