Primena Fitlight sistema u sportu

Sažetak
Cilj ove pregledne studije bio je da ukaže na primenu Fitlajt (Fitlight) sistema u sportu. Za pretraživanje literature korišćene su sledeće elektronske baze podataka: Google Scholar, PubMed, Medline, Mendeley, u periodu od 2014. do 2020. godine. Nakon procedure selekcije radova u odnosu na odgovarajuće kriterijume, odabrane su 22 studije koje odgovaraju potrebama ovog sistematskog preglednog istraživanja. Pregledom istraživanja, u kojima je korišćen Fitlajt (Fitlight) sistem u sportu, uočen je prilično heterogen izbor tema. Ostvareni rezultati razvrstani su prema sportovima u kojima su istraživanja vršena. Sumiranjem dosadašnjih rezultata stiče se uvid u višestruku primenu Fitlajt sistema u sportu i to kao trenažno i merno sredstvo. Moguće ga je koristiti i u individualnim i timskim sportovima. Njime se mogu ispitivati senzorno-kognitivne i različite motoričke sposobnosti: brzina reakcije, brzina pojedinačnog pokreta, brzina trčanja, agilnost. Na osnovu svih prikazanih informacija, ukazano je na mogućnost višestruke primene Fitlajt sistema u sportu.
