Karakteristike liderskih stilova studenata Univerziteta Donja Gorica

Sažetak
Istraživanje, izvedeno na uzorku od 210 studenata Univerziteta Donja Gorica (UDG), Podgorica, Crna Gora, imalo je za cilj da utvrdi karakteristike njihovog liderskog profila i ispita moguću povezanost i uticaj odabranih demografskih varijabli na njegovo ispoljavanje. U skladu sa modelom potpunog transformacionog liderstva Basa i Avolija (Bass and Avolio) primjenjen je upitnik multifaktorskog liderstva (MLQ-5X, verzija samoprocjene), koji mjeri komponente transformacionog, transakcionog i laissez-faire liderstva. Rezultati deskriptivne, komparativne (t-test i ANOVA) i korelacione analize dobijenih podataka, pokazali su da liderski profil studenata UDG karakterišu visoki skorovi na faktorima transformacionog liderstva (razmatranju pojedinca, harizmi, inspirativnoj motivaciji i intelektualnoj stimulaciji), da ih prate, takođe, visoki skorovi na faktorima kontingencione nagrade i aktivnom upravljanju putem izuzetka koji pripadaju transakcionom liderstvu, a da imaju najniže skorove na pasivnom upravljanju putem izuzetka i laissez-faire liderstvu. Ovakav liderski profil sa dominantno transformacionim kvalitetima, predstavlja dobru osnovu za buduću lidersku efikasnost. Rezultati uticaja demografskih varijabli (pol i bavljenje sportom) diskutovani su u kontekstu njihove usaglašenosti/neusaglašenosti sa nalazima ranijih istraživanja, teorijskih i praktičnih implikacija i, posebno, u odnosu na aktuelnu politiku i viziju UDG koja je u potpunosti kompatibilna sa strategijama koje koriste efikasni transformacioni lideri.
