Upoređivanje stanja anksioznosti i prevladavanja stresa sprintera i trkača na srednje i duge distance

Sažetak
Anksioznost izazvana takmčarskim stresorima i prevladavanje takmičarskog stresa predstavljaju značajne faktore koji su u osnovi uspešnog izvođenja sportista. Prvi cilj ovog istraživanja bio je da se utvrdi intenzitet i moguće razlike u stanju anksioznosti (telesne i kognitivne), samopouzdanja, u učestalosti primene strategija i dimenzija prevladavanja stresa između sprintera i trkača na srednje i duge distance. Drugi cilj bio je da se utvrdi koje dimenzije suočavanja trkači najčešće koriste. Treći cilj bio je da se ispita da li postoji povezanost između dimenzija anksioznosti i dimenzija prevladavanja. Uzorak je činilo 52 trkača, 44.2% sprintera i 55.8% trkača na srednje i duge distance, (Mgod = 24.25; Msp. staž.= 9.78) koji su popunili SCAI-2 i CICS upitnik. Sprinteri, u poređenju sa trkačima na srednje i duge distance, imaju više skorove na telesnoj i kognitivnoj anksioznosti, a niže na samopouzdanju. U celini, trkači najčešće primenjuju prevladavanje usmereno na zadatak. Nema značajnih razlika u dimenzijama i strategijama prevladavanja između ove dve kategorije trkača, osim na mentalnoj distrakciji, pri čemu trkači na srednje i duge distance češće primenjuju ovu strategiju. Prevladavanje usmereno na zadatak je pozitivno povezano sa samopouzdanjem, a negativno sa kognitivnom anksioznošću. Prevladavanje usmereno na oslobađanje od tenzije je pozitivno povezano sa telesnom i kognitivnom anksioznošću, a negativno sa samopouzdanjem. Formulisane su preporuke za praksu, kao i mogući pravci budućih istraživanja.
