Stavovi studenata prema fizičkoj aktivnosti

Sažetak
Istraživanje je imalo za cilj da prikaže zastupljenost fizičke aktivnosti među studentskom populacijom i da istraži koje vrste fizičke aktivnosti su dominantno zastupljene kod studenata. Takođe, cilj je bio i da se ispitaju stavovi studenata prema značaju fizičke aktivnosti, kao i da se utvrde razlozi za eventualno nedovoljno bavljenje fizičkom aktivnošću. Istraživanje je sprovedeno u Studentskom centru Kragujevac i obuhvatilo je 403 studenta sa šest različitih fakulteta Univerziteta u Kragujevcu. Za prikupljanje podataka upotrebljen je anketni upitnik sastavljen za potrebe ovog istraživanja, sačinjen iz dva dela. Nakon demografskih podataka, prvi deo upitnika su činila pitanja o zastupljenosti fizičke aktivnosti, dok su drugi deo činila pitanja vezana za stavove o fizičkoj aktivnosti. Za statističku obradu podataka korišćen je programski paket SPSS verzija 21.00. Na osnovu IPAQ direktive za bodovanje i kriterijuma za klasifikaciju fizičke aktivnosti 23,3% ispitanika je fizički neaktivno, 62,5% je svrstano u kategoriju umerene, a 14,2% u kategoriju visoke fizičke aktivnosti. Kada je reč o stavovima ispitanika, 56,6% ove studentske populacije smatra da se ne bavi redovnim fizičkim aktivnostima ali planiraju da počnu u narednom periodu. Ono što navodi većinu ispitanika (60,3%) da se više bave fizičkom aktivnošću je znanje o njenom značaju za zdravlje. Brojni su razlozi za nedovoljno bavljenje fizičkom aktivnošću ali veći deo (87,8%) ispitanika je naveo nedostatak vremena kao krucijalni razlog. Većina anketiranih studenata Univerziteta u Kragujevcu je svesna značaja koji fizička aktivnost ima na zdravlje ljudi, ali su ipak iz različitih razloga od kojih je nedostatak vremena najdominantniji, ne posvećuju dovoljnu pažnju fizičkoj aktivnosti.
