Abstract
Consumers protection gives the answer to the number of different questions, namely related to data and information regularity, contract forms, consumers satisfaction and mechanism of protection against possible deceptions and malversations. Long-range success and development of trade depends on it's capability to satisfy various needs of present and future consumers. Regarding consumers protection, special attention must be provided in advertising drugs and other medicine equipment, tobacco products, liquors and advertising directed to minors, so these sections will be discussed with special attention in this work.
Sažetak
Zaštita potrošača daje odgovor na pitanja vezana za tačnost podataka i informacija, forme ugovora, zadovoljenje potreba i izgradnju mehanizma zaštite od potencijalnih zloupotreba i prevara. Dugoročni opstanak i uspeh trgovine zapravo zavisi od njene sposobnosti da zadovoljava potrebe svojih sadašnjih i potencijalnih potrošača. U oblasti zaštite potrošača, od posebnog značaja je oglašavanje lekova i medicinskih sredstava, duvanskih proizvoda, alkoholnih pića, kao i oglašavanje namenjeno maloletnim licima, pa će shodno tome u ovom radu pomenutim oblastima biti posvećena posebna pažnja.
