Sažetak
U radu su analizirani poslovni i finansijski aspekti uvođenja automatizacije distribucije električne energije u Elektroprivredi Srbije. S tim ciljem pristupilo se izgradnji glavnog dispečerskog centra operatera distributivnog sistema.Kako bi glavni dispečerski centar bio funkcionalan, neophodno je da trafostanice svih naponskih nivoa na konzumnom području operatera distributivnog sistema budu obuhvaćene sistemom za nadzor i upravljanje. Taj sistem čine oprema i prateća softverska podrška - SCADA, instalirana kako u samom distributivnom sistemu (trafostanice i distributivna mreža), tako i u centrima upravljanja (dispečerski centri). U radu su prikazani glavni rezultati uvođenja navedenog sistema, koji se ogledaju u poslovnim i finansijskim efektima po Elektroprivredu Srbije, kao i očekivani efekti u narednom periodu.
Abstract
The paper examines the business and financial aspects of introducing electrical power distribution automation in Electric Power Industry of Serbia. To that effect, the Main Distribution Dispatching Center in the Distribution System Operator (DSO) has been established. In order for the Dispatching Center to be functional, it is necessary for transformer substations on all voltage levels to be included in the monitoring and management system across the DSO network. The system comprises the equipment and the related software support - SCADA, installed in both the distribution system (the transformer substations and the distribution network) and the system management centers (dispatching centers).The paper also contains the principal results - the business and financial effects of the introduction of the elaborated system in Electric Power Industry of Serbia, as well as the expected future results.
