Intratekalna terapija baklofenom i infekcija kovidom 19 - prikaz tri bolesnika

Sažetak
Uvod Bolesnici sa teškim spasticitetom efikasno se leče intratekalnom terapijom baklofenom. Zbog njihove invalidnosti, u slučaju infekcije prognoza je loša. Prikaz bolesnika Predstavljamo tri bolesnika (dva muškarca i jednu ženu) lečena intratekalnom terapijom baklofenom zbog izraženog spasticiteta sva četiri ekstremiteta koji su preležali infekciju virusom SARS-CoV2. Dva bolesnika imaju multiplu sklerozu, a jedan traumu cervikalnog segmenta kičmene moždine. Sva tri bolesnika razvila su kliničku sliku infekcije kovidom 19 unutar šest meseci od ugradnje pumpe za intratekalnu terapiju baklofenom. Lečeni su u bolničkim uslovima sa nepromenjenom dozom leka, bez pogoršanja neurološkog statusa. Bartelov indeks i modifikovani Rankin skor bili su isti pre i posle infekcije kovidom 19. U dva slučaja Bartelov indeks je bio 20, a u jednom 69, a modifikovani Rankin skor bio je 3 u jednom slučaju i 5 u dva slučaja. Zaključak Bolesnici sa teškim stepenom spasticiteta, kod kojih je neophodna intratekalna terapija baklofenom, mogu se bezbedno lečiti bez obzira na pandemiju kovida 19.
