Sažetak
Cilj istraživanja je analiza i ocena potencijala za razvoj inovativnog ženskog preduzetništva u Srbiji. Za potrebe realizacije definisanog cilja istraživanja, sprovedeno je terensko istraživanje na uzorku od 30 žena preduzetnika u 6 geografski ravnomerno raspoređenih područja. Upitnik je koncipiran na način da obezbedi prikupljanje informacija o percepcijama žena preduzetnika o sledećih pet faktora: motivacija za preduzetnički poduhvat, uslovi i prilike za sprovođenje inovativnih aktivnosti u Srbiji, investicije u inovativne aktivnosti, nivo saradnje sa relevantnim institucijama u nacionalnom inovacionom ekosistemu i upoznatost sa ulogom i merama institucionalne podrške inovativnim aktivnostima u Srbiji. Na osnovu rezultata istraživanja, potencijal za razvoj inovativnog ženskog preduzetništva u Srbiji je ocenjen kao relevantan ali nedovoljno razvijen. U cilju podsticanja inovacionog potencijala žena preduzetnika, unapređenja njihovih inovativnih performansi i povećanja nivoa njihove uključenosti u inovativne aktivnosti, u radu je dat set preporuka za kreatore ekonomske politike.
