Uticaj štetnosti u procesu rada na bezbednost i zdravlje zaposlenih žena sa osvrtom na tekstilnu industriju

Sažetak
Dinamika poslovanja modernih organizacija, zahteva proaktivni pristup zaštiti zdravlja i bezbednosti zaposlenih u toku rada, koji će identifikovati eventualne rizike, otkloniti ih, ili preventivnim delovanjem smanjiti verovatnoću njihove pojave na prihvatljiv nivo. U vezi s tim istraživanja u ovom radu usmerena su u pravcu analize radnog okruženja i uslova rada, sa aspekta procene rizika, u različitim industrijskim sektorima na taritoriji Jablaničkog upravnog okruga. Posmatrana su i analizirana dvadeset radna mesta u različitim proizvodnim procesima, i to ona radna mesta na kojima je povećan stepen profesionalnog rizika i na kojima su zaposlene žene izložene brojnim štetnostima koje nastaju ili se javljaju u procesu rada. Na osnovu rezultata i podataka dobijenih istraživanjem došlo se do zaključka da najčešće negativni utičaj po zdravlje i bezbednost zaposlenih imaju štetnosti u procesu rada - buka i hemijske štetnosti. Utvrđeno je da je u proizvodnim pogonima tekstilne industrije, visok nivo rizika usled prisustva i ekspozicije zaposlenih hemijskim supstancama. Dobijeni rezultati rada ukazuju na to da se metode primenjene u okviru ovog istraživanja mogu uspešno koristiti u cilju identifikovanja faktora rizika u procesu rada, a time i upravljanju kvalitetom radne sredine i radnih procesa.
