The possibilities of electro-hydraulic control system by the fuzzy controller application
Sažetak
U radu se prikazuju mogućnosti upravljanja elektrohidrauličkim sistemom primenom koncepta fazi kontrolera. Prikazani su glavni načini primene fazi logike u sistemima upravljanja. Primenjen je postupak koji koristi klasični PID kontroler kao osnovu za projektovanje ekvivalentnog linearnog fazi kontrolera. Karakteristični parametri kontrolera optimalizovani su metodom pretraživanja uzoraka i genetskog algoritma. Efikasnost tih upravljačkih šema proverena je poređenjem sa klasičnim upravljanjem postupkom simulacije. Predhodni postupak projektovanja fazi kontrolera, zamenjen je postupkom samorganizovanja, tj. samoučenja na osnovi primene referentnog modela drugog reda i modela osetljivosti. U tu svrhu korišćen je funkcijski blok samoučećeg fazi kontrolera, prikazan u literaturi.
Abstract
This paper presents the possibility to control the electro-hydraulic system by the fuzzy controller application. An equivalent linear fuzzy controller was designed based on the classical PID controller. The present paper contains a design approach, which used a classical PID controller as a starting point. The characteristic parameters of controllers were optimized by a pattern search and a genetic algorithm optimization method. The effectiveness of this control scheme was verified in relation to that of a classical PID control by a simulation. A previous design procedure of the fuzzy controller was replaced with a self-organized (self-learning) procedure, based on applying a second order reference model and a sensitivity model. In order to achieve this, a function block of the self-learning fuzzy controller, presented in literature, was applied.
