Prednosti metode rezanja vodenim mlazom u odnosu na ostale postupke obrade radi postizanja većih ekonomskih efekata

Sažetak
Tehnologija obrade vodenim mlazom, skraćeno WJM (Water Jet Machining), u osnovi koristi eroziono delovanje vodenog mlaza visokog pritiska za skidanje materijala, prvenstveno za sečenje skoro svih vrsta metalnih i nemetalnih materijala. Obrada vodenim mlazom je našla svoju primenu u mnogim industrijskim granama kao što su: mašinogradnja, rudarstvo, hemijska industrija, prehrambena industrija, građevinarstvo, metalurgija, industrija gume i plastike, papirna industrija i konfekcija, industrija nemetala (stakla, azbesta i dr.), elektroindustrija, pa čak i u medicini za određene vrste operativnih zahvata. Uzevši u obzir sve nabrojane oblasti primene metode za rezanje vodenim mlazom, rad sadrži najosnovnije podatke o samoj tehnologiji ove obrade, njenim tehnološkim parametrima i bazira se na uporednoj analizi sečenja vodenim mlazom u odnosu na ostale postupke obrade materijala sa posebnim akcentom na ekonomske efekte dobijene ovom obradom.
Abstract
Processing technology waterjet, part WJM (Water Jet Machining), basically uses erosion in water jet high pressure for removal of material, primarily for cutting almost all kinds of metal and non-metal materials. Processing waterjet has found its application in many industries such as machine building, mining, chemical industry, food industry, construction, metallurgy, rubber and plastics, paper and clothing, non-metal industry (glass, asbestos, etc.) electric industry, and even in medicine for certain types of surgery. Taking into account all of the above areas of application methods for water jet cutting, paper contains basic information about the technology of the process, its parameters and the technology is based on a comparative analysis of water jet cutting as compared to other methods of processing materials with special emphasis on economic results obtained by this treatment.
