Influence of the motivation and organizational behavior to work productivity

Abstract
Human resources are the main resource for survival and an engine of growth and development of modern organizations, and thus the functioning of organizations determined their behavior. In addition to numerous challenges in managing placed before managers for inclusion in the European integration process is to motivate employees, because the greatest impact on the success of having people as a key business resources. Constant changes, globalization, transparency in technology and organization require training of human resources, and increase the working performance of the company. Knowledge and skills, or human capital is a resource that can be an initiator, but also a limiting factor for economic growth. Regardless of whether the organization belongs to the public or private sector investment in developing the skills and abilities of its employees, their professional advancement and motivation provide job security, have an adequate system of evaluation and remuneration as well as success in the competitive global business conditions.
