Sažetak
Ovaj rad ima za cilj da pruži empirijsko pojašnjenje nekih ključnih faktora neuspeha malih i srednjih preduzeća (MSP), kao i analizu sličnosti i razlika u odnosima između faktora u Republici Srbiji i Višegrad zemljama. Faktorima neuspeha MSP-a pristupa se sa stanovišta vlasnika i menadžera MSP-a čija su mišljenja prikupljena putem upitnika koji je distribuiran u pet zemalja (Mađarska, Češka, Slovačka, Poljska i Republika Srbija). S druge strane, za istraživanje predstavljeno u ovom radu korišćeni su podaci iz Mađarske, Češke i Republike Srbije. Model strukturnih jednačina je razvijen i analiziran kako bi se potvrdila pouzdanost konceptualnog modela, koristeći multi-grupnu konfirmatornu faktorsku analizu (MGKFA) za uporedna merenja na razmatranim podacima iz različitih zemalja. Rezultat je pokazao postojanje razlika u mišljenjima vlasnika i menadžera malih i srednjih preduzeća o faktorima neuspeha u ispitivanim zemljama.
