Sažetak
Poslovanje u današnjim uslovima i okruženju koje je veoma dinamično i podložno svakodnevnim promenama ne ostavlja mesta za one koji nisu posvećeni i uporni u svom poslu. Oni koji dobro posluju ne smeju da se uspavaju a za one koji daju slabije rezultate tržište postaje nemilosrdno jer se porodične firme nalaze pred najizazovnijom fazom koja se ogleda u različitim procesima za približavanje Evropskoj Uniji, čijem članstvu teži i Srbija. Ukoliko se želi iskoristiti potencijal porodičnih formi organizacije, promena načina obavljanja poslovanja je neminovnost i predstavlja izazov za one koji su uključeni u porodično poslovanje ili će se tek upustiti u ovakav način privređivanja. Porodično poslovanje je jako važno zato što predstavlja značajan deo svake nacionalne ekonomije i direktno utiče na blagostanje i stabilnost čitave zemlje, međutim još uvek ne postoji dovoljno razvijena svest o njenom uticaju pa samim tim ovakvo poslovanje nije dovoljno istraženo. Da porodično poslovanje nije dovoljno istraženo dokazuje to što u tržišnim privredama ne postoji dovoljno literature o ovakvom načinu obavljanja poslovanja pa samim tim zainteresovana lica nemaju uvid u mogućnosti koje ono pruža, kao ni probleme i rizik koji se moraju uzeti u obzir pre otpočinjanja porodičnog poslovanja. Bez obzira na veličinu, organizacionu formu, vlasništvo i razvijenost sva preduzeća se suočavaju sa nizom pitanja koja se tiču njihove perspektive i razvoja, a samim tim i mogućnostima opstanka u nepredvidivim i turbulentnim uslovima poslovanja što je posebno izraženo u porodičnim preduzećima. Primenom dobrih upravljačkih struktura, edukacijom generacija koje dolaze, definisanjem jasnih pravila u porodici sa jasnim razdvajanjem vlasništva od upravljanja šanse za razvoj biznisa u porodičnom vlasništvu su mnogo veće. Cilj ovog rada je upoznavanje zainteresovanih sa pojmom porodičnog biznisa, podizanja svesti o značaju porodičnih firmi za funkcionisanje, napredovanje i perspektive razvoja privrede kao i ukazivanje na moguće teorisko-metodološke pristupe njegovom izučavanju kako bi se povećale šanse za dugoročnu održivost i kontinuirano povećanje uspešnosti.
Abstract
Business in today's conditions and environment that is very dynamic and subject to daily changes does not leave room for those who are not dedicated and persistent in their work. Those who do good business can not sleep, and for those who give lesser results, the market becomes ruthlessly because family businesses in Serbia and the region are in the most challenging phase, which is reflected in various processes for approaching the European Union, whose membership tends to Serbia. If the potential of the family forms of the organization is to be used, the change in the way business is done is inevitable and presents a challenge for those involved in family business or will only engage in this way of doing business. Family business is very important because it represents a significant part of every national economy and directly affects the well-being and stability of the entire country, but there is still not enough developed awareness of its impact, and therefore such a business is not sufficiently explored. The fact that family business is not sufficiently explored proves that there is not enough literature in market economies about this way of doing business, and therefore interested persons do not have an insight into the possibilities it provides, as well as the problems and risks that must be considered before starting the family business. Regardless of size, organizational form, ownership and development, all companies are faced with a number of issues related to their perspectives and development, and hence the potential for survival in unpredictable and turbulent business conditions, which is particularly pronounced in parent companies. The use of good governance structures, the education of generations to come, defining clear rules in the family with a clear separation of ownership from the management of the chances of developing family-owned businesses are much greater. The aim of this paper is to get acquainted with the concept of family business, raise awareness about the importance of family businesses for the functioning, advancement and prospects of the development of the economy, and point to possible theoretical and methodological approaches to its study in order to increase the chances of long-term sustainability and continuous increase in performance.
