Sažetak
U savremenom svetu postoje mnogi izazovi koji sa pravom stvaraju zebnju za budućnost čovečanstva. Bezbednosnih izazova ima kako kod nas, tako i na Balkanu, Evropi pa i šire. Problem koji je aktuelan već nekoliko godina je migrantska kriza i kako se izboriti sa njom. Koliko god po ovom pitanju pokušavali da uvedemo red, da smanjimo bezbednosne rizike po našu zemlju, obzirom da se radi o licima drugih običaja, kulture, navika, načina života itd, pretnja u tom pogledu postoji, naročito od potencijalnih terorističkih napada. U radu smo ukazali samo na neke, pri tome dajući posebnu pažnju problemima sa migrantima koji su došli u sukob sa zakonom. Takođe je ukazano i na dileme i probleme na koje naši pravosudni organi nailaze u krivičnim postupcima i mogućnosti kako da ih prevaziđu, imajući u vidu da smo mi za te migrante samo tranzitna ruta ka zemljama zapadne Evrope.
Abstract
In the modern world, there are many challenges that rightly create anxiety for the future of humanity. There are security challenges in our country, as well as in the Balkans, Europe and beyond. The problem that has been current for several years is the migrant crisis and how to deal with it. No matter how much we try to bring order to this issue, to reduce security risks for our country, given that these are people of other customs, cultures, habits, lifestyles, etc., there is a threat in this regard, especially from potential terrorist attacks. In the paper, we have pointed out only a few, while paying special attention to the problems with migrants who have come into conflict with the law. It also pointed out the dilemmas and problems that our judicial authorities encounter in criminal proceedings and the possibilities of how to overcome them, bearing in mind that for these migrants we are only a transit route to the countries of Western Europe.
